WHO IS TINY WELLNESS COLLECTIVE?

Tiny Wellness Collective was born from a simple realization: children are not tiny adults. For years, we have witnessed incredible children and families navigate fragmented systems, limited access to resources, and a healthcare landscape that often focuses on survival rather than long-term wellbeing. At the same time, we have seen what becomes possible when families, healthcare professionals, educators, community organizations, and advocates come together around a shared goal—to help children thrive. Tiny Wellness Collective exists to bridge those gaps.

We believe that every child deserves access to the support, opportunities, and environments they need to reach their fullest potential. We also believe that no single person, profession, or organization has all the answers. The future of children’s wellbeing will be built through collaboration.

Tiny Wellness Collective is a movement of professionals, families, organizations, and communities working together to create healthier futures for children.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Dr. Anna Sladkey is a pediatric physical therapist, consultant, and founder of Tiny Wellness Collective.

As a board-certified Pediatric Clinical Specialist, Anna has dedicated her career to improving outcomes for children with complex medical needs. Her work spans patient care, program development, research, innovation, and community-based initiatives, giving her a unique perspective on the systems that shape children’s health and development.

Throughout her career, Anna recognized a recurring challenge: families often struggle to navigate disconnected systems, while professionals and organizations frequently work in silos despite sharing the same goal.

Recognizing these challenges sparked the vision for Tiny Wellness Collective. Today, Anna serves as a connector, bringing together clinicians, educators, community leaders, organizations, and families to create collaborative solutions that support children beyond traditional healthcare settings. Her vision is a world where every child has access to the resources, relationships, and opportunities they need not just to survive, but to thrive.

When she is not building Tiny Wellness Collective, Anna can be found dancing, traveling, exploring new ideas, and enjoying life with her family in Southern California.

“Let’s keep doing everything we can to give our kids the bright futures they deserve.”
